Saoirse Grogan
saoirsegroganryan
Grogan’s practice spans Sculpture & Combined Media with a particular specialisation in stone, slate, installation, text and video work. Their consideration of the domestic and everyday, as well as the intrapersonal and familial dynamics is at the forefront of their work.
They utilise objects and materials sourced either directly from, or reminiscent of familial heritage and the sentimental & personal, exploring processes from their father’s stone masonry work as well as curating and installing remnants of an idealised past.
